There are many services available to you as an investor to qualify your tennants. Mostly you want the following:
- Credit Check - Even though you may entertain tennants that have less than perfect credit, you may still want to see their history to make sure their credit can be cleaned up enough to purchase a house from you at some point in the future.
- Background Check - You also will want to know if a prospective tennant has any history of crime. An offender is more likely to repeat than an non-offender is to start offending.
